Exhibition by Maxim Kantor in IWM

Friday, 28 September 2018, 5:00pm - 6:00pm, IWM The opening of the exhibition Faust Cycle 2018 by Maxim Kantor will take place on Friday, September 28 at 5:00pm, at the IWM, in the presence of the artist.

Maxim Kantor is a Russian painter, writer, essayist and art historian. He graduated from the Moscow State University of Printing Art and is a member of the Russian Academy of Fine Arts.  He lives and works on Ile de Ré (France), Berlin and Oxford.

Faust 2018 is one of his “livres d’artiste” productions; the livres d’artiste will also be on show.
In February 2018 he was a Visiting Fellow of  IWM’s program Russia in Global Dialogue.
